Probably Champion SnS is the easiest way to go.

No matter what SnS is gonna be easier than 2h.

Champion gives you the most leeway in terms of survivability since you have no party members to take agro, CC enemies, or use barrier. With Champion if you are about to die you get free 5 second invulnerability (60 second CD), and you also can activate invulnerability for 8 seconds with a 32 second CD, which when upgraded also gives guard per hit received and 1 second cooldown reduction per hit received. That's insane, that's 13 seconds of invulnerability, not to mention every time you get hit with walking fortress on you reduce the cooldown of both your invulnerability skills....

Champion basically makes you unkillable. SnS has far better passives than 2H and their guard building mechanism is far superior. Mind you the game might feel boring because you deal relatively meager DPS (compared to... all mages+rogues and reaver warriors). However you'll be unkillable soon enough if you build right, and certainly SnS will be the easier path pre-Skyhold (i.e. pre-specialization).

I think if you can make it to Skyhold with an a solo warrior, you might as well go reaver, since with SnS passives you'll still be tanky as balls but Reaver makes the game actually somewhat interesting and you can dish out quite respectable DPS, esp if you go 2H after picking reaver.

There is someone on youtube soloing nightmare as a s&s warrior reaver if you want to check that out

I'd go with Reaver. Mostly because of early game neither is going to help you, and late game you got enough defense to survive anything. At that point Devour becomes rather good!

I can't seem to access your video on mobile. Is it BOYvsVIDEOGAME? Yes he is quite skillful but the build is rather challenging in the beginning. I watched his 8th Video and he doesn't use Devour yet. And he hasn't gotten Bull's Charge which is CC/ Mobility/ Guard. I suspect he will have it in later videos. Among the videos I saw he was chugging potions like crazy.

 Bull's Charge which is CC/ Mobility/ Guard.

Not worth it early game.

There are more reliable CC.

Combat roll is more reliable mobility.

Guard is near useless early-game.

It's an ability worth getting mid-game. The upgraded version is a good ability with Devour. Pre-reaver it is unnecessary, where a warrior is never stamina starved -- he is CD starved.

The video I saw was probably during his early Reaver levels. He already had Ring of Pain - so maybe he was still working towards the skills down the line. But I guess this is good that I have some basis to run my S&S Reaver with.

As for Charging Bull, I just figured that you can get it earlier than Combat roll without investing additional points. (With War Cry by default, you're just one point away from Charging Bull) But yeah it's a matter of preference anyway. But I see your point with Combat Roll.

I am not saying BOYvsVIDEOGAME is bad, and I have seen videos with him playing several classes solo. But he never shows the difficulty in the videos themselves. At least not those I watched.

As for him chugging potions, well, on Nightmare solo, I dare anyone (who isn't a KE at least) to try without.

2H champion. Champion tree provides all the survivability and 2H tree, although is not very good, but still provide good damage.

Use To the Death A LOT and combine with Flow of Battle and Walking Fortress. If you know what you are doing you can solo every types of fight without taking any potion.
