At this point, this should be no surprise. I (thankfully) haven't encountered the bug with Mother Giselle, but when I try to start the cutscene at the Gull & Lantern, nothing happens and the place is empty. I've tried everything I can think of:
- Entering only with Dorian
- Entering while controlling Dorian
- Entering with the same party as an earlier entry
- Quick-save/Quick-Load scumming
- Quitting the game entirely and reloading
- Leaving the area and returning
- Setting the quest as the active quest
- Making sure the quest wasn't the active quest
- Various combinations of the above
Nothing works. I got it to work one time by reloading to a save before I had ever entered the Gull & Lantern. However, on this playthrough, I had to enter earlier (about 10 hours of playtime ago at this point) for a main story mission. I don't want to scrap the whole run, but I would like to complete this quest. Anybody have any other ideas/know of an official fix?
