We needs more big bad's like Loghain.

I still think that Loghain is the best antagonist that any DA game has had so far. It is fun fight arch-demons and all powerful tainted creatures but none of them compare to what Loghain did in DAO. Loghain was well written. He was a deep and complex character that was truly flawed. If nothing else, Loghain shows that you do not need an all powerful bad guy to have a good villain.

While I am excited to figure out what is going to happen after the credits scene at the end of DAI I hope Bioware take the time to craft a deep and complex villain. Corypheus was really one dimensional. I think he was suppose to be that way. I blighted creature that deserved nothing but death. That was fine. I hope the next game gives us a three dimensional character that is not so black and white. I want an antagonist who is well thought out and gives me doubts.

I would actually be ok if they made a game in the future that focused more on the human aspects of Thedas and politics then some huge earth shattering villain.

Loghain has pretty much become one of my two most favorite characters in the DA universe, the other being Flemeth.

I definitely think that Loghain was far more interesting than the Archdemon. Corypheus *could* have been more interesting, but we were really given no evidence that anything he thinks about himself is actually true. Like the Archdemon, he's a monster that you never question just needing to kill it. A significant number of people think that about Loghain, too, though, and don't find him to be complex at all. I'm not sure what they'd have to do with Flemeth for me to think of her as anything but an enemy. The Dragon Age story could definitely do with a more complex antagonist, I think. I personally like an antagonist that, as you say, "gives me doubts" but not everyone is into that.
