I too thought I made a mistake, turns out, the code unlocks BOTH PC /MAC and 360  at the same time. I went to my console, turned the game on, and it was sitting there ready for me to download. So, before you think there is a problem, start the game and check the extras/DLC menu. Hope this helps

It should be the menu option extras or DLC or something like that. I cannot help if you used an incorrect e-mail address. I was addressing the people that thought they downloaded the PC/MAC version by mistake...

I get this message when I ran the downloaded file. Mass Effects 2 appears to not be installed. install the game and try again. The games in the xbox and working fine.



I'm trying to get this to work on xbox 360 , this message looks like a pc version error to me.

How can I get the terminus gear? Is the downloaded file marked wrong> Is this for the pc version?

Is this the normal message your supposed to get? Please respond . Thanks.

the code unlocks teh content for pc and 360.

for pc you download it and install it (what youre trying to do)

for 360..boot up your game, log into cerberus network USING THE SAME ACCOUNT YOU USED ON THE SOCIAL SITE, and then hit up the online store (within the game)

you will DL it from the marketplace

Michael Gamble. I have the DLC for the Normandy crash site , Zaeed and the Terminus Gear are not listed though .Also listed was the Blood Armor .



Any other suggestions to remedy this issue? Thanks In Advance.

odd i downloaded the armor went to the cabin but no armor i have the blood dragon but no terminus armor help anyone?

Seems to be a bug i think i have same problem.

Is it because we have the Blood Dragon armor that the Terminus armor and Zaeed downloads are not showing up to download?

are we talking PC here? does your account on the social network show that you're entitled to all of the content?

profile/your registered game promotions



should show what youre entitled to.

if so, grab the exes (for PC) and install them again.



then restart your game and make sure you log in to the correct account

NO this is for xbox 360.I just read your posting In another thread that Zaeed is not available untill wednesday/thursday though.

I'm logged in with the account I set up my gaming with . Always the same email etc just for issues like these. Yes my account shows that I'm entitled to receive the Terminus Armor and weapon. yet it's not listed as DLC in the game.

Any other suggestion ?

I am having the same issue..... Terminus is on my Exrras-----DLC ---screen on at main menu (woth Blodd Armor, and Normandy) but in game at my armor terminal NO DICE!!!! Anyone that has fixed this please let us in on the JOKE please!!!

ohh that may be confusing..... I have Blood Armor in-game and Normandy (completed) just still no Terminus or Power Weapon, I have even became spectre again thinking the TERMINUS SYSTEM link would be the unlocker... Still NADDA!!!

So I havn't seen any answer to the Question of Where the Terminus armour is in-game I mean I had a few issues to start off with, Redeeming the promo code was a problem but that was resolved this morning and I have Downloaded the content to my xbox 360.

Now I just want to find the armour and put it on, where is it?

I went to shepards cabin and its not in the outfitting station.

Do I have to complete a particular mission before it unlocks in-game?

once it's downloaded to your system (console/pc), you equip it from the armor stations.

it should show up just fine if you restart the game, since i have seen it need you to restart in order to correctly register with the game.  has to be logged in with the same gamertag as you have registered here on the site too.

i've got all the dlc on the 360 & haven't had any issues with them showing up in game, as i always use the same email & gamertag for everything.

okay sounds stupid but I figured out that all I had to do was like go back to the dashboard then go back to the game and it was there in the outfitting station

Now I cant figure out why anyone would want to look like this the terminus armour looks pretty bad

whoever designed it should have gotten a second opinion on the way it looks because now it sort of takes the insentive out of pre-ordering

I tried to redeem the terminus code myself, but I'm getting no option to download it. Been trying to figure it out for about a month, with no luck. It's the right gamertag and everything, I'm just getting no download option that mentions the terminus armor and weapon.
