The 1% Heal on the Masterwork upgrade, i know 1% isn't much, i thought this was really strong? I put it on some armor and started using Reaver Abilities, and thought it would compensate for what it was taking away, but i couldn't tell in the slightest if it even was helping. Do the Reaver Abilities work with this passive on-hit?

dragon rage wipes out 5% of your hp per use not 2% as the tool tip says. SO it helps but not a lot better thing for reaver woulkd be heal on kill as that will keep you topped up while fighting normal stuff.
