I know Bull and Dorian hook up if you don't romance either of them (Honestly it made me feel bad about romancing Bull my first playthrough because DAMN do they make a cute couple), and Blackwall has a crush on Josephine, but that seems to be it?

Dorian and Bull actually didn't get together in my game, but I romanced Cullen. I shamelessly flirted with everyone for as long as I could, so that could be why. Or maybe I just missed the banter because of the bug. </3 Either way, it's adorable.

 

I actually thought Cullen and Josephine seemed a little flirty with one another before I locked the relationship in, but who knows. The majority of the Inquisition doesn't seem to have a lot of time for kissing on the battlements.

I forgave him, but binded him to the wardens. Even then, Josie says his is gallant and the implication from what she says is that she is simply not pursuing it because he is joining the wardens at the end, thus no possibility of an actual future with him. I might be reading too much into that, but it does feel like she is genuinely interested, even with his past out in the open.

 

Can anyone who let him off completely free let me know if she acts differently? Josie and Blackwall not being actively romanced of course.

I don't think it happens. I also heard Blackwall and Josephine doesn't happen either. The only one I've seen so far is Bull and Dorian.

That was just a nod at the cullenites. When varric says 'you do know why people play our game right" and shirtless cullen walks in, hinting that he was the reason.

Huh, I never knew about Josie/Blackwall. I always thought she had a thing for Cullen.

Josephine indicted in my game that her and Blackwall were some Orlesian term for being in love without actually being together. Apparently Blackwall climbs the mountain every week to get rare flowers and then has a courier deliver them to Josephine. I chose to let Blackwall be free.

I don't know.  I got the feeling that Josephine was at least somewhat interested in him.  She puts the Inquisitor on a slow-burn too, so maybe she's just warming up to him throughout the course of the game.

I've never encountered the josie/blackwall convos on my playthroughs, but someone said in theirs she mentioned she wasn't interested in Blackwall when asked or something. Whether it was because she was romanced, or if it even happens at all during a romance idk.

Well clearly nothing happens unlike IB/Dorian. I'm curious if this takes place before his revelation, or after too.

The whole thing is very Orleasian. Honestly, I don't even think Blackwall knows that Josephine knows the flowers are from him. Best way to describe it might be unrequited love that is only unrequited due to social standing making things impossible.

Doubt it, but since I romanced Cassandra, I can't really confirm.

I never got that impression at all. She just seems to think he's an inspirational leader that they could have used to end the war. I agree on the lack of interaction though, thought for sure they'd have some dialogue. It seems most of it was handled through Varric though.
