Cassandra still kind of has a crush on Hawke. Was hoping to see those two interact but it never happened. Big missed opportunity.

I brought her on the Crestwood quest, hoping to say "Eh, Cass, lookie-lookie, the champion!" It appears she only has one slot in her heart for hero worship at a time though haha.

I don't know if I'd call Varric's chest hair a hero, but I guess it works as a descriptor. :P

Cass didn't say she had a crush on Hawke. I think that's Varric grasping at straws. She says his/her actions are romantic.. Romantic in the idealized and heroic sense. Like Hawke's story is so quaint it's hard to believe.

Although I think Hawke would be off to a good start with her. If they had planned Hawke's story as they originally did (with the Exiled March DLC), perhaps they could have met. But now Hawke seems to be a fluke. And irrelevant. :\

What was that DLC going to be about? Do we know?

No clue. There were fears of the Chantry bringing a March to Kirkwall though, I know that. They might've incorporated Cassandra and Leliana getting involved... but that's just an assumption on my part.

Then they scratched that idea and DAI was born.. but it was human only and a new protagonist. Then people complained, and it's not human only.

See I always sort of believed that Cassandra would have found Hawke and convinced them to attend the peace talks at the conclave if they'd done dlc, just my opinion :P

Or like something in one of Varric's romance novels that she loves so much.  I definitely don't get the feeling that she has real feelings for Hawke.

She is however a big fan of his. Enough to want his autograph anyway.

How do you even get Blackwall and Josie to realise the other exists. I ran out of dialogue options for both of them before doing What Pride Had Wrought.

isn't Josie interested in Cullen?

I mean after In your Heart Shall Burn, she was cheering when she realized Cullen was looking. then she immediately stopped and looked embarrassed.

You have to get a party banter between Blackwall and another character where Blackwall's feelings for Josephine are brought up. I know that Viv and Cole have banters that can trigger it, I don't know if there is anyone else.

That was just because she was acting out of her prim and proper character and she was embarrassed when someone else noticed. It could have been anyone and she would have had the same reaction.

I'm pretty sure that was just Josephine being embarrassed about getting swept up in the moment and openly cheering. You can have the Inquisitor jokingly ask her at one point if she's even Antivan because she describes them as passionate and she's basically like "I can be passionate. In moderation. When the time calls for it". She's super straight laced normally.

Josephine does seem to have something for Blackwall. In Danaduchy's uploaded comments a courier gives Josie flowers from Blackwall (who the courier almost says the name of before saying they're from a 'secret admirer') and in response she deliberately leaves a handkerchief in the dining table; likely so he'd have reason to pick it up and give it back to her face to face. When the courier picks it up for her she days she did it on purpose and tells her to place it somewhere he'd notice and to put a rose on top of it.

Apparently Cassandra hooks up with the chantry <3. lol

Post-Coital Tristesse:

Cass: "I can't lose you to Corypheus."

Inquis: "Conversly, that would be the chantry's job." <_<

Cass: "What?"

Inquis: *cough* "Nothing, just a momentary dreadful vision...*cough* :kissing:
