I wasn't paying attention but looking up the timeline Leliana's actually much older than I thought. According to dialogue she was born during the Orlesian occupation or at its tail end, which would mean she was born at 9:2 Dragon at the very latest. Dragon Age Inquisition takes place at 9:42 dragon so at the best possible estimate she's 39 and if she was born during the occupation she'd be in her early 40's.
Hell she actually looks better compared to Origins, so maybe when she's 50 she'll get another makeover.

I don't see how Leliana ages at all. She looks pretty much identical to how she did in both DA:O and DA 2, that is of course without taking graphical improvement into consideration. Then again, a video game is a video game; it is merely a virtual reality. People do not age, unless you are a child like Connor. Hah!

I'd say Cullen and Cass have aged pretty well too ^^ Cullen should be in early to thirties and Cass early forties.

Cass is probably late 30s, I think. It's not clear how old she was in DotS, but she was a fresh recruit. Probably 18-20 at most. That was 20 years ago. I put Cullen in the same age as the Warden, more or less. Probably the same as Cass and Leliana.
Same with Varric and Hawke. All around mid-late 30s.

Well, Morrigan has aged pretty well too, especially considering in many games, she has a kid (which will do a lot to age you.)
In fact, I don't know a single character that's aged poorly. My Loghain looked younger in this game than in DA:O.
Actually, now that I think about it, the only character that's aged poorly is Cassandra. She looks about late 20s, early 30s in DA2 and in DA3, which is just a few months later, she looks late 30s. That being said, I love the character model and still think she's quite beautiful.

Yeah, the younger characters are Cole, who has the appearance of a young man of around 20 according to a note Evangeline wrote for herself to help her remember him, Sera, who is probably in her mid to late twenties, and Josephine, who according to her writer is in the age range of 27-29. Everyone else is in their thirties or forties.

Yes, she aged well.
Her baby fat is gone which makes her face and body more slim. And if I am not mistaken she is not quite holding her head up as straight. Her shoulders are maybe a bit rounded too?
Mature woman? Not bad if you ask me.
