After starting up Mass Effect 2 I am prompted to log into Cerberus Network to download my DLC. I entered my information but then it asks me for my "gaurdian's email." I don't understand what they are asking from me as every email I try doesn't do anything. What am I supposed to do?

Are you the one that OWNS the game? The "guardian's email" generally speaking, is the email of the person who owns the game, or in other terms a legal guardian such as you biological or foster parents.
