Love the game (well done Bioware) though I have gripe with the dumbed down companion tactics.

For example in DA:O I could set for a companion something like 'If surrounded by 'x' amount of enemies use 'x' ability'.

Anyone else disappointed with the lack of deeper auto party tactics?

Yes, i'm also quite disappointed by how dumb the AI is. If I was playing a mage or Archer, i would run away from melee attackers. But no lets just stand here and get whacked and drink all the potions. -.-

 

Still love the game, wish they didn't change the tactics.
