I was playing through the first game and DLC because i forgot what happened and want to get my world in DAI right.  I completely forgot about what happened in Witch Hunt. Was pleasantly surprised at how much i enjoyed the romp. Good comical dialogue.....but too damned short. I wanted more.

 

Any chance we will see a return of Finn and Ariane (if they arent already mentioned in DAI)?  Perhaps in the company of a lost Warden-Commander?

 

they were relegated to tag alongs and plucky comic relief.  would be nice to see more of growth. with the time difference between the DLC and DAI...easily done.

 

that statue in Circle said it would not see Finn again....and there was no epilogue for the DLC...so um...yeah.

They were just temporary side characters in a DLC. Nothing noteworthy, although a short cameo would be cute.

They annoyed me greatly. I played with just me and my dog for the latter half of the dlc.

Just wasn't a fan of the cheesy one-liners, the lack of character depth, and how often they disregarded how bad-ass I was

That's just me, though.

I found Finn moderataly amusing.  Ariane's chip on the shoulder made of pure ironbark, nsm.

 

I don't think either were big fan favorites, sadly, so I don't think we'll see any cameos, but I wouldn't mind either.
