I need to know where you bought the game from, and what region.

This may be an issue with the retailers.

I bought my collectors edition from gamestop in wisconsin. This is getting beyond frustrating at this point. I just dont understand why a simple code just cant be given to enter thru xblive and download that way...

I purchased mine from Wal-Mart, though I'm experiencing quite different problems that I haven't seen elsewhere as of yet.

I've not seen anyone with that problem Gamble. The issue is with the instructions and the fact you cannot regain your code once used on an unfortunate screw up of email addresses.

The armor is just a bonus, it's not like we won't find anything better in the game. MY main concern is how they are importing your mass effect 1 characters. Gamble if you can report anything, report for a patch on importing from Mass Effect 1.

I bought my Collectors Edition here in the Philippines, its an Asia-Pacific Region. Redeemed Cerberus Code at Bioware Social Network, have gotten the Collectors Armor. Tried registering the real collectors armor redeemable code, got the same. Now my Cerberus code is irredeemable, a total waste of money.



Hey Michael, I know you're busy, but I really hope you and Bioware find a fix for this...

I tried to create a new EA account then once I did so I redeemed my collector code and then tried to sync my gamertag with the EA account, somehow I already had an EA account and it wouldnt let me sync. I found the old EA account put in the terminus gear code and was prompted in game on the 360 to download it, but how am I supposed to get my collector DLC if its connected to the other account. I would appreciate help with this.
