Okay, so I found all the seal peices, recovered the artifact and then returned it to the Dalish. Now the quest instructions are telling me to return to the tomb. I go to the quest marker just outside the dungeon, but nothing happens. The quest wonn't complete. Am I missing something, or is it bugged?

After returning the scroll to the Dalish, head to the war room for a new mission, Bestowing Mourning Halla. I haven't got this far yet since I'm having trouble talking with the keeper. The quest, at the moment, won't let me hand the scroll over to the keeper.

I already completed the operation. Quest still tells me to return to tomb, which when I do... nothing happens. Think it's bugged for me.
