I have the digital deluxe of Dragon age Inquisition but when I look in the room at Haven for the special armor the box wont open I'm also having problems locating the bog unicorn and the other equipment, Is this a bug or is it supposed to happen?

Some of it at least, you don't get until you get to Skyhold. Pretty sure Horsey McStabbyface is included in that, as is the remaining weapon schematics. Don't remember about the armour, though.

The mounts are unlocked by war table missions. As far as the armor and weapon it should be there. Are you on console or PC? Did you redeem the code that came inside the game? It's technically DLC.

Did you redeem the code however you're supposed to on PC? I'm on console so I just held a card in front of my kinect.

Ok so from what I've read you may need to force quit and restart origin, if that doesn't work try deleting and re-installing origin.

Sometimes it doesn't download the bonus content. (I would back up your saves on a flash drive to be safe and then put them back in the folder they were in)
