Anyway, maybe the bebilith deserves a thread on its own, so here we go: here are the files for testing (not sure I can do anything better for weighting / rigging the beast to the spider skeleton).
I created some properties as per the D&D rules, but (like for the slaads by the way) there are some that would need additional scripting, which I didn't do.
Bebiliths are arachnid demons, so yes they are a type of spider... with 12 HD, +13 natural armor, DR 10/good, 3d6 Con poison at DC 24, the ability to rend armor, and telepathy. Literally the spider from hell.
So if I kill a few townsfolk I can beat them with a worn out rusty Dagger?
How would that make your weapon good-aligned?
You would have to be really nice to some townsfolk, have your soul transferred into a rusty dagger (becoming Eguintir the Rusty), then have someone else wield you (hopefully someone with warm hands).

Surely you've figured out D&D's counter-intuitive DR notation by now. 
DR verses damage type means that damage type *overcomes* the DR. Skeletons have DR 5 / bludgeoning for instance, which means that only bludgeoning damage overcomes the damage resistance. So DR 10 / Good can only be overcome by a good-aligned weapon (one with the 'Holy Weapon' property, for instance).
