Not necessarily looking for a solution to the problem but strangely enough, some time after arriving in Skyhold for the first time my male human inquisitor voice changed from Jon Curry back to the british voice actor. Thought it was a strange bug so I decided to see if this has happened to anyone else? 
Edit: Decided to load an earlier save to see if I had the correct voice and at a save right before leaving Haven I have the correct voice. What kind of blood magic is this?
yep seems to be a common bug, still haven't been fixed since there's no patch still.

Well that's unfortunate, I'll probably just stick with the English accent since I don't want to lose about five hours of progress.
I'ven't encountered one yet. But male quizzy's voice changes from soft to dramatic in Here Lies The Abyss.
Patch? Anyone? Someone mentioned 3 were in the pipe.... but this immersion-breaking bug is still here nearly a month post release. Getting borderline awkward now...

Happened to female Quizzie here also. I actually like the british one better for my particular girl, it suits her! I can see how annoying that would be if you just loved the voice you already had though.
Patch for PC is tentatively set for Dec 9, so the story goes. Other platforms to follow. Wait for official confirmation, but that is the rumour.

This is well-known. I'd imagine it'll be one of the first things fixed in patches, since it's easily repeatable and the cause is known.
Well, at least its not just me. Happened here too. Should have left well enough alone.
Sad how a bug this obvious wasnt seen before release.
Should have seen the other bugs that were obvious.
O wait...
There's a patch coming for PC tomorrow. We do not know what it will fix.
