the problem is that we are unable to download the cerebrus network content from xbox live, i'm assuming it has something to do with the little DLC "mishap" yesterday

once the code has been used on the website, when you try to enter it into the game it shows up as already being in use, and the "purchase access to cerebrus" option gives the error "can't download items, please try again later"

there is no where in the game that we are able to enter our EA account information, im assuming that screen is  accessed AFTER redeeming the code (which once again we can't do because the code is already showing as being in use)

I was about to go crazy thinking I was missing something, but Fullsizeluxury put it so well. Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow, I geuss terminus armor will have to wait till then.

And dead on, apparently.  We need a fix for this now, or you're going to see a gamer nation of piiiiissed off ex-fans.  I only buy EA games from Bioware already....and now it looks like I'm going to have to stop doing that, too.  Seriously, they've already ruined Madden and NHL for me...now this?!??

half worked for me. said I redeemed two dlc's when I redeemed code: normandy crash and zaeed; the price of revenge. both are on my registered game promos and both don't say they have been downloaded. I loaded Mass Effect 2 and it said normandy crash site was available but didnt say anything about the zaeed dlc.

Congrats, then the game is working perfectly for you like it is for my buddy.  That's what's supposed to happen.

It's the least of a service I can provide! If not for some laughs, I'm sure the nerd rage would build and build until it would form a massive entity of hate that has a mind of it's own to destroy EA/BioWare (which is not entirely unacceptable) however as we have all learned from those countless movies, revenge will leave you with nothing, no matter how very, very very very very very good it might feel. If EA were dead, there'd be a massive cognative hateful lifeform of nerd-rage-dom that would surely create a black hole, the Leviathan from Dead Space or maybe even Rosie O'Donell. Besides, we all know that my answers are what BioWare is thinking, and God know's they're not going to say it.

Its only supposed to show the normandy crash site available? (The collectors edition weapons and armor are also available, but I'm only refering to the cerberus content)

Are both of them in the same dlc and its just titled normandy crash site?

Why won't they come out and say what's up? Seriously, I don't even have the game yet (it just left Louisville, KY, according to my tracking info), but if I get it and I get boned too, it's going to suck. I mean... I have an EA.com account, linked to my 360 Gamertag, and those two have interacted well in the past. I know which emails link to what. All I want to hear is "Yes, just make sure that you put into the game whatever email address your EA account is linked to, so that you've got the same info on both ends of the system." That's all I want. A little assurance that this launch wasn't 100% botched.

Thank you EA for forcing your absolutely mental way of downloading onto BioWare. You've officially made about 5000 angry exfans (as someone else put it so elegantly) because you wanted to up your site traffic. Well I hope you all get jock itch. And by that I mean something very much worse than Jock itch. If I get screwed out of my dlc because they failed to provide clear instructions im just gonna have to go and flip out on my neighbors cat. hahaha, i couldnt say that without laughing.
