Yeah, that doesn't really help any of us feel better. Did you put the codes in in-game or at the site? I am guessing you put your cerberus code in-game, whereas a lot of these posters probably did what I did and went to the site and put in all the codes.
Michael Gamble, an actual explination of the problems with cerebrus redemption (not 50 people just saying "it doesn't work")

ok maybe i'm missing something, how do we go about logging into the ea site FROM the xbox exactly? (and I mean exactly, use small words if you have to, cause I haven't slept yet, and i;m REALLY bleary-eyed)

If your Gamertag is associated with an EA account, you don't. It does it automatically. This is a hindrance if the account it's associated with isn't the account you added the codes for on this site.

but as far as I can tell, I don't know if my gamertag IS linked or not. trying to add it to the "perona" I just get the typical "this is already in use" message that everyone else with an xbox gamertag is getting. and I went from a "cannot download at this time message in the very beginning, to it wanting me to pay 1200 points now.

welcome to the club, suposedly there is success by accessing the EA site through the xbox, though I don't know how that's done, anyone got any ideas?

Hmm... Well, we could take our 360's and throw them at EA employees... and then bash said employees brains into a finely grained mush. That's accessing, right?

EA suck balls like they always have
So is there an authoritative and sure fire way of doing this procedure which actually works and not have several replies to the contrary yet?

EA phone support number is (650) 628-1001 - select option 8 for ME2.
I waited about 20 minutes in line, got the support guy and asked him to make sure my gamertag was linked to the right email address (my bioware login).
It wasn't, so he fixed it. All is good now.

If you do this, MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM TO RELINK THE CERBERUS PORTAL AS WELL BEFORE YOU HANG UP.
I forgot, so now my Cerberus Network code is "used." Currently waiting in line again to try and get it fixed.
