Does any one know if it will be possible to "bye" the special pre-order armors, sutch as for ex Terminus, without pre-booking the game?

I  want to get this pre-booking items for the game, but also the collectors edition and my gamestop store dont know if they will get the collectors edotion at all so I have to get it from some place else.
And they dont have that specific armor.
