When Kieran was first introduced I thought he looked just like Fergus.

 

I'm glad he looks like a Cousland, since I rolled with one. Morrigan romancing a runty little dwarf or an anorexic elf is just a funny image to me.

His proportions are all messed up. Just a little bit here and there but taken together, it makes an impression ... as you noticed.  Even if the just scaled the head down about 5% it would help

How he looks isn't that far off how my city elf warden looked.

Sure, he doesn't have elven ears, and some traits are a bit off. but all in all, i could see how he is the warden's son

 

Half-elven children are always human-looking per lore.

In the history of gaming there have been maybe two or three games in which there has been a child character who did not look off somehow. Probably largely because the modeling is usually done for adults and kids are an afterthought in the process.

Such a funny name for the kid. In Gaelic, it means "little black one" or "little dark one".

I wonder how much Morrigan told Kieran about the events of Origins. Highly doubt he knows the nature of his conception. I'm sure it will become clear to him when he gets older, but I do wonder how much he knows.

his head is too big for his body...  that and it looks like his collar is choking him to death, which would explain why he acts like he's lacking oxygen, and talks like it too....  skipped almost all of his dialogue cause the voice just bugged the sh*t out of me

He looks just like my modded Cousland with a splash of Morrigan. I was really surprised. They did a great job on him. Although, if he looks the same for elves and dwarves then that would suck.

Maybe its his clothes??? Idk he looks normal to me, however is...odd but he DOES have the soul of an old God...or did until Flemeth intervened. Anyways I do have a question about Keiran. At the end when Morrigan is narrating and it shows her and her son leaving Skyhold, well 3rd time beating the game when it came to that particular slide Keiran was not with her, does anyone know what causes this? Or what happened to him? Morrigan didn't say anything about him. O.o confused

I'm wondering that too. In my slides Morrigan was shown alone and I was slightly alarmed when I saw that others' epilogues had Kieran in them. What did I do to him? 

On topic, he looks fine to me. I even thought his facial features resembled Alistair's a bit, but maybe that's just me.

Apparently he only appears in the ending slide if he had the old god souls. This plus the fact that you never get any other interactions with him if he is a normal child clearly indicates that he is irrelevant unless he has the soul of an old god.

I didn't see much wrong with his appearance, most obvious thing i noticed about Keiran is how awful his VO is, made me cringe compared to all the other great acting in the game

Kieran looks fine, if a bit big big compared to Lavellan. I know the elves are supposed to be on the scrawny side, but Kieran still looks kinda buff for a ten-year old. Not a big issue though.

They didn't use a professional child VA, apparently they went Claudia Black's actual son instead. I agree the acting was terrible.

 

Back on topic though, he looks perfectly fine, I just wish he shared his mother's hair color.

 

edit: Whoops! Someone beat me too it. Also Kieran is the corrupted English form of the name, Ciaran is the proper Irish spelling. As much as Brits rag on Americans for spelling, things like this show that they're really no better.
