Don't bother with Winter Stillness after you get your spec because you will be a mana generating machine.

No. This is one of the most common mistakes people do (and that also I, admittedly, did at the beginning before knowing better). Winter's Stillness is not only for mana regen, it reduces all skills CDs by 30%. Tied with Flashpoint and Clean Burn it means 1-2 sec CDs on average on all skills, if you have CDs at all. Skipping it, especially on a Rift Mage that has the mana to cast spells continuously, is a mortal sin (then also the mana regen is handy even for a Rift Mage if you want to cast the most mana hungry skills - as Static Cage, Pull of the Abyss and Fire Mine - one after the other forever).

Flashpoint, Clean Burn and Winter's Stillness are the must passive skills every mage nuke build should have, and Rift Mage is the epitome of a nuke build.

The Specializations you get once you get to skyhold  depending on what you choose will change your play style.

Early on I prefer to focus on frost spells so I can control the battle field, and remember early on distance is your friend.

I finished up my nightmare mage play through as a knight enchanter, but I have a really aggressive play style so I used fade step a lot.

If your having problem in specific battle try to make sure your sending your "tank" and melee in first to get ass much aggro as possible then let them have it.

Last but not least, barriers keep you alive so try to put as many points into barriers as you can. Hope this helps.

What's the best party to play with on NM? I am going for Knight-Ench. myself, but should I go for another mage and 2 warriors?

The general setup would be:

You

Tank

Support Mage

Archer Rogue

Though as a KE I am not sure you'd need the support mage. So just build Solas for damage. His Weakness does the rest! Or go with Dorian for some necroin'.

The value of the tank is also questionable as a KE, where you'll survive either way. That's up to you I guess.

For the archer I'd go with:

Varric for passive damage buff (5% crit)

Cole for mark of Death (The damage!)

Sera for Flask of Lightning madness (Static Cage + Sera? Stuff is in some pain!)

Is good to be pure Spirit + Knight Enchanter?

Spirit = 12 abilities

Knight Enchanter = 10 abilities

Need point to get Resurgence? So if yes, it's 11 abilities

Is possible to get all abilities from them in one character?  My inquisitor will be the support mage.

Using solas is an interesting idea with his rift mage spec, though I'm curious - if you're a rift mage as well do you get the benefits when he weakens enemies, and does he get the benefits when you weaken enemies? That'd be pretty unbelievable mana regen/cooldown removal when you add in the winter stillness, flash burn and clean burn.
