I keep finding stuff Qunari cant wear, This game has it against them haha. I'm guessing its best to craft T3 stuff for them.

It is best to craft T3 stuff for everyone, but especially for the Qunari. Loot will hardly ever (if at all) give a Unique Armor that your Qunari can wear.
But once you've started unlocking most T3 schematics you will come across another issue: they all look the same.
Not to mention some nonsense dialog, the Qunari Inquistor will often talk or ask about non-human races as if he/she was a human.
Seriously, the idea of Qunari Inquisitor was terribly implemented.

Even when not playing as a Qunari I had noticed that stuff very rarely drops for them. Is it the horns? It must be the horns...
