Ok so I put in Mass Effect 2 today and enterd my network card info and succesfully recieved access tot the DLC because I did it on my xbox. Now the part where I am confused is where and how to enter the terminus armor.
I have no clue what email my network card is linked to and I am assuming I have to enter the armor code on the same email. How do I reddeem this code? It seems way more complicated than it should be...
Lastly when I tried to import my ME1 profile it said it couldnt find it....whats up witht that? Sound to me this game has lots of problems.
My Situation....please help me.

You have to replay your ME1 file, beat Saren and let it autosave at the end to import that character.
If you screwed up the e-mail on EA or BioWare's website with the codes, you're pretty much boned. Sorry.
