I can't seem to find a color for basically black hair I see NPC's Hawks, Black wall have this hair color. Is it maybe on the character creator and the lighting is making me overlook it?

Pick the one that looks sorta blue in the CC. There's your black. I experimented with it a bit (I wanted to create my wife, who has jet black hair). It's at the very end of the brown scale, before the white hair shades kick in.

Go for the blackest looking hair. Its near the left side I think. That's really all there is to it. It appears grey or blue in certain lightings, but it is as black as we get.

Thanks! Yea I have near pitch black short hair an it didn't feel like I was playing me by just using dark brown

The closest we can get is the blue one.

 

It's dark, but it's not nearly as pitch black as Cassandra's hair.

Yeah, it isn't under where you pick hair though, it's in a different option menu.

Are you sure about it? Could you link a screenshot?

I only remember a plain slider that changes both hair& eyebrows (PC). 

the wheels were only given for eyes&make-up.

The blackest hair have graphite color, or are completely black, depending on lighting. Look at screenshots of Blackwall's beard for reference.

Unfortunately the black hair color is actually greyish in the actual game, not jet black like the NPCs.

The lighting gets much better after the prologue, though, so don't base anything on how the hair colour looks like while you're trekking to the Temple of Sacred Ashes.

It still won't be as black as Cassandra's, but it will be distinctly less blue.

There definitely isn't on PC, and I really doubt they'd add it to consoles and leave it out of the PC version.

If possible, could you post some comparison pics? The bluish look scared me off. I would prefer my Inquisitor to have black hair if it would actually look black. :/
