well, twin fangs with upgrade does about 1000% weapon damage (From flank). Spinning blades does 675% weapon damage, and deathblow does more the more hurt they are, but probably a little less than twin fangs.

Why not hidden blades? 6 hits x 300% per hit = 1800% damage.. plus you can make 100% armor pen weapons.. it does crazy damage.

Deathblow: Hits like a truck but is bugged (drains all of your stamina, usually) so limited usefulness
Twin Fangs: All damage delivered at once in 2 blows, low CD, slightly long recovery time, knocks down if it hits from flank
Spinning Blades: Looong animation easily interrupted, expensive, lower damage, worse vs. armor, can proc cool stuff like Hidden Blades and +Guard on hit, looks badass
Think most folks would agree that Twin Fangs is a staple ability as a main attack. Also costs far fewer ability points than the others. But you should have room on the bar for at least one of the others (and maybe Shadow Strike).

It can be interrupted easily only if you attack from the front, a thing you should never do as a rogue. Spinning Blades is actually one of the most underappreciated skills of the Rogue since from stealth on an Assassin, for example, is very good (it crits on every hit for insane damage, plus it recovers your stamina while doing it; moreover armor gets applied AFTER crit dmg proc, so it hardly counts for a good Assassin build). Let's say is more build tied than other skills, however.
