I played a longer while now and still Cullen romance option haven't popped up (female elf)

I found info I cannot start romance with anyone else, but I did clicked once or twice Solas' "romance option"

I haven'd had any chance to discuss with Cullen so far (only with a small quarell between mages and templars - still talking with him AND with chancellor) anyway but I'm afraid it won't pop up anyway.

Is there an option to clear romance flag as in previous parts? Or another "can't do anything with it now"? (like blue eyebrows on my character for some reason...)

Or is there a chance to change it?

I wasn't reading any romance guides before playing so it wouldn't spoil anything so I didn't know I could romance him ;(

You don't get locked out of romances until you're deep in, and if you're still at Haven you shouldn't be close to being locked in.  I only remember one flirt option with Cullen at Haven, and it was while talking to him near the troops

It took me a loong time to romance Cullen and they still haven't consumated anything yet, but did get that first kiss. In Haven you can only get so far in conversation with him. At Skyhold I finally got a step further, and after that, it took a very long time for anything else to come up. I even posted for help here. At Skyhold, you'll get a chance at some point to break up with him.

I don't know if it's tied to a particular quest, or what, but since I was romancing  him I finally got his two personal quests which weren't really quests after one of the Inquisitor quests at the ball with Celene. If you're still seeing Cullen during that quest, make sure you ask him to dance at least once and then wait for the end.

Even though I haven't gotten to the climax of the romance, so to speak, it's definitely worthwhile so far.
