Moral of the story:

Unless we round up every woman and get every man to judge and come to a conclusion based on the majority of votes, "hottest woman in the whole world" is unanswerable. In this story I've made here, I've got Jesus saying the same thing in a way.

This could also be answered with "beauty is subjective." In any case, both these answers say the same thing and that's that the question "who is the hottest woman in the whole world?" is stupid since you're choosing from famous people and they're a limited bunch. Might as well rephrase to "hottest celebrity in the whole world" since that's what this topic is really about right?

Of course the opinion will be subjectively "Hottest celebrity we know of" the human brain can only keep track of around 150 people before you start forgetting some.
Celebrities get alot of exposure thus they're going to be stated, not to mention generally considered attractive by a majority. So sure, maybe there's some woman in Finland or something that's perfect in every way. But if you don't know the person at all. They can't be said.
I only bring this up because you make every one sound blissfully ignorant.

 

Also, Jesus, bro. I went to Catholic School for several years. There's no way I can find Nuns attractive.
