Took it for a quick spin and everything seems in order here (hung for a minute or two at 100%). Deleted "merged" folder as a precaution prior to updating.

before all the patches came in i had np with the game.. but since patches coming ingame now i got problems with the game.... like memory leaches and suddenly fps drops. this was the same thing with black flag assasin series... i had np with the game since they trew out patches the game is broken for me... like this game i got lucky on singleplayer i got no problems i think... but multiplayer damn stupid desktop crashes if i play longer then 1-2 hours sometimes even less... good that you guys fixed the key for door next area... but still those desktop crashes... or are they fix now??

Please, before fixing anything... Please fix the completely out of proportion male elven body, it's completely bugged and gamebreaking.

Their bodies are weird, even more so when you're in your Skyhold outfit, and it's not good seeing your character put his arms inside his body on all the cutcenes, they are way too slim to be males, it's realy bad...

 

This is realy gamebreaking, you promised us good looking elves, this is just an atrocity!

 

EDIT: The worst thing is looking at your character on the SkyHold outfit and realizing your head is enormous compared to your body, it's not realy good to look at, and it makes the elves unplayable, at least for me, and I love elves, I always play them!

Newbie question...  I see a lot of threads about patches for the PC.  I don't see notifications of patches for Xbox One.  When do these happen?  Do they have separate patch notes?  etc.

Please fix the broken Cullen part... if you do the Sera prank quest before talking to teh NPC in Cullens office it will bug out.

Please, before fixing anything... Please fix the completely out of proportion male elven body, it's completely bugged and gamebreaking.

I fear that is a low priority. It is NOT gamebreaking. You can play a male elf just fine. The game works fine with a male elf. How the elf looks doen't affect the mechanics of playing the game, does not cause a CTD or BSOD, does not prevent you from doing quests or using abilities, traveling or anything. The male elf could look like a neon rainbow blob and, it still would not be game breaking.

 

You may hate it, not want to play an elf because of the appearance of the elf but, it isn't game breaking.

Well...  dunno what this latest "stealth hotfix" was supposed to have "fixed", but according to the wife, everything broke with her game is still broke'd.  Now the crafting/req for anywhere and building crap at Skyhold (she had this bug too, which apparently brings it up to at least two people) works not at all, which means she is now screwed out of a huge number of missions. She doesn't have the patience for standing around half-an-hour to test banter, and the crashes come when she expects them.

 

So...  not much has changed.  *Shrug*

Just had a glance at my old saves. 

• Frame rate is the same. No stuttering while Origin is set to Offline.
• CTD while opening the inventory screen.
• CTD while accessing the vendor.
• CTD while setting Iron Bull's skill points.
• CTD while using the skill reset necklace.

 

Pretty much what I've been seeing since the patch 2. I wonder what did they fix with this patch... I did not create a new game though, maybe the results are different.

It may not be gamebreaking, it's true, you can play the game...

But come on, I love elven characters, and I'm sure a lot of people do, it's just sad to look at it when you are playing, many many people can't play the game like this, because a lot of people only play elves...

It's sad playing the game, and your character looking like Iron Bull broke his arms with a hug, and that your character hasn't eaten a single thing in months, it's just sad to look at

Hmm, I found notes too but, the ones I found are different.

 

Nothing has changed. We replaced a few dots with periods in some of the closed captioning.

Broke the fix that was not working as expected.

Added one pixel to each Dwarf and Qunari armor as well as tho male elf arm. Don't worry, things still look the same.

Oh and for some, we also buggered up the download so that it says 70MB but stalls, then says 133 MB but that won't work either. It's 236MB and you should use repair game to install this patch.

 

But seriously, the crafted shield bug does seem to be fixed, that's all I've seen so far.
