Ok, now I'm convinced you're just a troll.

 

I played through the whole game as an Elf mage. The arm clipping was a little annoying. But it's certainly nothing game-breaking. I'd argue it's one of the more minor issues I've seen.

This is an RPG game, when you cut RP-immersion out of it then there is smashing buttons and fireworks. It is one of the major issues. It is one of the main races. For what purpose do you need a new game+ is new game alone not good enough, or are you just trying to supermax a single character over multiple play throughs?

Because an ancient masterpiece recently ported to PC (and DA3 is also ported) Valkyria Chronicles has it.

Upon firing it up, you get new and harder missions to play in the "replay", not just the same campaign. Here we'd get only the same grind-till-you-die quantity-over-quality content, so I'd say no reason to add this feature in DA3.

i gotcha yeah i just signed onto xbox live about 3 hours ago and it just came up do you wanna update, i thought that was a patch it was talking about, so how does this work will its come up again on my xbox live when i pop the game in

 

the xbox 360 version patched.. we are all here waiting for the pc patch

It will automatically download if you're connected to the internet with your console and then you are good to go.
Or you already got it, if you're reffering to the xbox 360 version.

hahaha what!!! are you serious well what did it do because not one thing is changed it looks the same sounds still cut out still no banter during fights, and convos with certain party members still lock up to where i have to hit the skip button and ofcourse it still has the bug where during a convo the person talks super fast and i cant here it...i dont know man im just going to have to put the game up for a bit or something until they fix these rediculious bugs

except this game has like a soft cap of 24... which you can hit well before the end of any given playthrough... so new game plus would just be a difficulty scale, for repeatable content, but in this game you can make different choices with different characters and level soft cap them just as easily

I think I liked it better when consoles weren't connected to the Internet and developers actually had to finish a game before releasing it.  I bet companies love the new system, finish a game 70%, push it out the door for the holiday rush, patch it later.  Maybe.

confirmed in Control Panel>Program and Features its 1.0.0.1 surprised I forgot that given that I have used and built computers since 1987 when I had an Amiga 500 oh how fondly I remember Adventures of Monkey Island on 13 Floppy Disks 

You mean the Secret of Monkey Island. That came on 4 disks. The second one however, LeChuck's Revenge, came on 11 disks.

Honestly aside from the driver issues, once I fixed that with AMD drivers I have not had ONE crash or freeze. I also didn't encounter the banter bug (probably because I play offline all the time), a few glitches here and there but all in all - the game itself is a very solid stable release from my experience. The design choices have been misleading yes (PC drama) but everyone makes mistakes and from looks of things Bioware is stepping up to fix 'em.

 

What more can you possibly want?

I know how broken it is, I played an elf. It's not that bad. While it does need to be fixed. It should go on the backburner for the game breaking things.

i have it on 360 but its literally still the same if it did change anything i cant tell, the convos are still bugged out in curtain points what exactly was it suppost to change for us....when you guys get this so called patch you will see what i mean. i dunno my game cant be the only one that is still getting this bug

PS4 isn't out yet I think.
Xbox 360 Users reported earlier that they have some new features already, but no other platforms has been updated so far.
That was apparently for Xbox 360 Users only, even if I'm not sure why and in what extend.
I can't confirm it myself though, because I'm playing on pc.

I know how broken it is, I played an elf. It's not that bad. While it does need to be fixed. It should go on the backburner for the game breaking things.
