I was playing on max with very few issues and now I have this overly plastic shiny hair.

 

I'M PLAYING ON MAX. WHY DO I HAVE THIS?

Big me too on this. My hair looked OK and now I'm not sure I can look at my Quizzy anymore.

Thats it? After 3 weeks THAT is all you can come up with?

No mention of the countless DirectX crashes people with Nvidia Cards have, no walk/run toggle for PC and not to mention no fix for the problem with no banter/music (yes I read your "explanation", basically it says that after 3 weeks you are still to incompetent to find the problem and keep blaming it on the players rather then accepting that you screwed up/still are screwing up and look harder)...

I'm not even gonna start with the horribly simplistic tactics controls, which are utter garbage and make playing on higher then normal difficulty pointless and unenjoyable (especially considering the very precise tactics you could assign each character in DA:O were amazing and you dumbed it down to a ridiculously simple level)...

Don't get me wrong, I would be very happy with this patch if it took you some days, a week maybe... but after 3 weeks in which a considerable amount of users could not or only barely play this game that cost us 60€ (considerably more then most AAA titles these days btw.) I would expect a list of fixes twice or thrice that long and at least twice as comprehensive...

I got the shiny hair too!

 

While it's not game breaking, it's certainly distracting. I don't want to pick between ugly hats and ugly hair, damn it!

Still crashing on my PS4. Doing a full initialisation and going to start again

In Origin, right-click the game and select "Check fro updates". Then, Origin will check for it and start downloading. 

 

 

 

 

As if 'Walking toggle' in and itself defines the WHOLE PC-specific control issues they are addressing. They have made a TON of tweaks to PC controls in this patch and another control specific patch is in the works..so chill. Also, marketing for products should always be taken with a grain of salt. You can't be that naive not to understand that in today's world..and rage endlessly on forums when something doesn't happen word-by-word.   

 

 

Walking toggle was one of the most requested features though, and one that should be very easy to add.

Here's a thought - if they've fixed it for lower quality mesh settings, will setting meshes to "low" now fix the shiny hair?

that shiny hair problem was fix-able before the patch, dunno why happens now..High Mesh quality was fixing the issue

My computer is getting a cooler installed. Anybody who's downloaded-did they fix when using a controller PC being able to input new names on equipment? How about more advanced AI tactics?

Same. That's complete BS. You'd think it's considered nuclear science to actually test the game on all graphic settings.

*Sigh. I love this game. And my performance is all-around pretty great. Minimal crashes, only a few bugs here and there. But the white fog bug for SLI make some parts unplayable. I'm really bummed this patch didn't address it . I suppose I'll just avoid caves and spooky places with fog from now on....

lol, walking is in the game already, there's just no key binding for it
