Same here, for unknown reasons the download stopped at 41% and froze for a while, then it started back from 0, but now it's stopped again, 18%....and I have a fiber 100mb connection with everything else connection-related working....

Yes. There is no fix for elves, they have broken even more stuff in general. It is going so amazing with this "Inquisition".

Cross Class combos still doing 1 damage. This is my biggest Problem with the game. I cant understand how this could even made it in the release Version, and now it doesnt get patched. I have no Words.
They made the game worse... Hair is shiny now all of a sudden(like if it was on low graphics) scars don't work in the CC and overall graphics look downgraded. Good going Bioware..

I would think this falls under stability fixes.
In Origin, right-click the game and select "Check fro updates". Then, Origin will check for it and start downloading.
As if 'Walking toggle' in and itself defines the WHOLE PC-specific control issues they are addressing. They have made a TON of tweaks to PC controls in this patch and another control specific patch is in the works..so chill. Also, marketing for products should always be taken with a grain of salt. You can't be that naive not to understand that in today's world..and rage endlessly on forums when something doesn't happen word-by-word.
What exactly? Modifier keys still do not work. You can still only bind a first and a second mouse buttons. Mount charge still can not be stopped in any way, except stopping mount entirely. By the way, about the mounts - do you know what the only way to "switch" mount speed from gait to gallop is to jump while charging. Is THAT a normal PC controls?
After a quick glance, here's my first impressions.
My experiences so far.
Re-downloading right now , after I got to 65 % and the download rolled back to -3 % (the heck?) .
No walk button, shiny hair, people CTD-ing for the first time, grass, ground and textures lowered. This is getting from ridiculous to retarded. I don't know if the patch is really that bad as I' m downloading and redownloading a reredownloading , but for one thing I'm sure - Bioware just got on my black list. I'm not paying ever again 60 euros to get this cheap , stupid circus situation. I expect this **** from cracked games, not from a payed product.

I just love having the game on ultra and high settings and now aftert he patch, it looks like I'm on low graphics. Congratulations Bioware, you just broke the game even more.
Also scars not working in the CC is just lulz.
Who Tests stuff like this? Are they drinking on the job? I got so many words for you right now Bioware, but that would get me banned..
You're forced to low meshes, I wonder if you're forced to low settings overall?
I suspect this.
People are reporting higher overall framerates, poorer overall graphics, and one guy said he was now able to play "with all settings on Ultra". Sounds to me like the patch forced everyone down to low or medium quality settings. Unless the patch actually deleted something, the high quality meshes and textures are still on your hard drive - should be a relatively simple config-fix.
Grass seems SHINIER than before..seems the shinier hair problem has crept into other textures as well..
Yep, a hotfix is in order..

Added to the crappy look of the new grass, most plants just appear at your feet now.
Have a run around Skyhold for plant lols
Looking at all the screenshots here I think they've forced low graphics settings. For everything, not just meshes. Terrain, textures, grass, LODs... they all look worse.
