There is a coin I can't get. It's on the first zone of the Winter Palace (3). There is an information on the Dragon Age Wiki: Make sure you obtain this coin before entering the palace for the first time because you will not have access to the palace garden again, unless you fight the assassin at the end of the mission. How could I obtain this one if I have no key to enter the west storage? Also I have no idea where to go after the fight with the arlequin assassin to enter this room.

 

But there is one more problem after this fight... This map show two coins on the Main Floor and one on the Upper Floor. I have a problem while searching for the second coin which is near to the number 22. Wikia says: On a table in a room full of tables. (accessed through a window on the North end of the courtyard balconies. Time is going and I still have no idea where is that room... There is a screenshot for this one:

Not sure if it holds true for coins, but many of the secrets are only available after certain points in the storyline. It also appears you can't enter the lower level unless you skip the vault or don't get the evidence v celene. I know it's not specific to your question, but much of the content in the Winter Palace seems to be mutually exclusive.

 

I do remember a room accessed from the garden area, outside the buildings where you have to jump through a window though. I think that's the upper floor top-central on the map though (room that shows Halla Statue and coin on map with no number. Key to west storage is above the room after going up the stairs and is ontop of a planter (opposite the area with Halla Statue).

Thank you! This is not specific to my question, but it pushed me to investigate more. The key to the western storage is hidden near to the nobles we eavesdrop for the first time. Also it was helpful to know that many things are exclusive for each "chapter" of the story.
