If you entered an e-mail address wrong at any point for Cerberus or the pre-order armor, you are boned.
If you have screwed up the e-mail address linking in any way, you are boned.
To reitterate, if you've ****ed up on the e-mail address in anyway where you are unable to obtain your codes, then YOU ARE BONED.
If you are currently experiencing fatal errors, you are boned.
If your game freezes during gameplay, please install it to your Hard Drive and try again.
If you cannot import Mass Effect 1 characters, you must load your character, beat Saren and let it auto save after the final fight to have it able to import.
If you do not have ME1, you are boned.
If you have a collectors edition and the cerberus code is giving your armor, or vice versa, you are boned.
Also, if you connect to Cerberus, the only available DLC at the moment is currently the Normandy, nothing else is available at this time.
In general, these are the most frequent problems, and current fixes for some. Sorry if you are boned. I am boned as well, and it's not fun to be boned.

Update: If you have created a new email that is not linked to an account by accident and already used the codes, create an Xbox Live Silver account, start ME2 and enter the new information you created with that Silver account into the prompts in game. Once you have downloaded it on one profile, it should be available on the other profiles(I've not tested this out personally) If you have successful attempts, please log them.
