The weirdest ones for me were when I was playing in a match with DragonRacer but I couldn't see her in game or on the scoreboard. It just looked like a bunch of Geth were initiating their self-destruct sequence en masse because they would die without me or our teammates shooting them.
Another good one was when I managed to end up on the scoreboard twice in one game. I don't know how I did it, but I was in 1st place (of course) and 2nd place as well. It was a 4 person game too.

Had the return of the invincible Geth Hunter bug
fortunately my squadmates figured out what I was doing and followed me until the Hunter "Fell through the map"
I was immortal in one game. No matter how often I was killed, I always stood back up without needing medigel. Even sync kills couldn't stop me.
OSK everything except no ammo boxes 
Well when you get killed and you somehow roll off the map and fall in to this endless pit after which you instantly respawn in the centre of the map...its like a surprise get out of jail free card 
My first time encountering the "invisible party member" glitch was with someone using the PSN "N7_Operative." I thought it was some kind of event! Their medals were showing in the log and I thought it was some kind of ghost match or something!
The magic would later be lost, but I'll still remember that wonder.
really op. I've run into that glitch about a million times. The invincible glitch is way better than that.

I've seen people sprint, charge and sidestep while crouching as if they were in cover, on my host. It's quite a view. *Evil chuckles*
spawn confusion usually results in funniest glitches, and Reactor seems to be notorious for that. things like during escort spawn happens on the other end of the map, quietest escort ever... or a later Gold Collector waves consisting of mostly aboms with the only other unit in the end a captain who got stuck to one of them reactor tanks...
of the more recent and seeing tat invincible hunters were already mentioned here's the invincible (well, temporarily) Centurion... could not stop laughing, the dude was relentless
