I'm just about done with all of crestwood, except for the fact I'm at 18/19 regions and cant find the last one for the life of me. My map is all clear of fog and I've ran around the whole thing a few times now. Can someone please tell me where it might be or show me a screen shot marking all the locations. I greatly appreciate help that I can find for this and Want to thank you all in advance .

Unfortunately there is no map I cold find that has the regions for each area labeled (and there should be)

I'm having the same problem. I've looked at screenshots online and my map appears to be filled out. Anyone have ideas?

Did you do the wyvern quest? I think the area is shown on the map before, but there should be a region where the wyvern is that only unlocks when you enter it. It's been a while so no guarantees here.

I've done the quest over in the cave with the wyverns. This is the only thing left I have to do to complete the area, and it's driving me nuts. I also tried walking onto the South gate bridge as I saw that recommended somewhere.

The South Bridge and Crestwood Docks are easily missed.

Probably South Bridge. It's a tiny, miniscule slip of land on the other side of the bridge, right before the World Map transition on the southeast corner of the map posted above.

I already found South Bridge. Maybe I need double check Crestwood Docks. Where can I find Crestwood Docks?

I found my last one there by going south (I think south) of the second camp, you can go very south there but that doesn't appear to be the case

The docks are right beside Caer Bronach. When coming from Crestwood village, turn right just before the keep and walk forward.

Thanks. Finally I found the last one "Linden Farm". And there is Plant VS Zombie in it.

I can't find the last region either.  What sucks is there is no list telling you which ones you've already found.  You gotta just walk around until you get lucky.  Map is all opened up.  No idea where to look.  I got South Bridge, not sure about Docks.  I did get the farm..

Have you tried South Road? It's that strip of road leading to the eastern exit (bottom right) of the map. I once couldn't find one last region in a early PT and that was the one.

Yeah I got South Road.  I think it's either the docks or one of the farms.  I'm gonna have to spend hours running around and get lucky I guess.

It was the docks.  So the 2 missed most often are South Roads, New Crestwood Docks, and the Farms.  Think this is a closed case.
