Having the same problem. Retail CE from Amazon, entered the code and it gave me the CE armor but no Cerberus access.

I know it has been posted up, but I too am having problems with my cerberus code.  I think it is b/c I registered it on line instead of on the 360 itself.  It telling me that the code I put in is already active.  Anyway I can get hooked up with a new on.  Good game though! :-)

Gamestop PC CE Retail - Cerberus Card Code not working. I entered it and it accepted it but it's telling me I can still activate cerberus. I receive no options to download the DLC that I'm waiting for.

I got the Collector's Edition from Amazon and the code says its already redeemed. Which ain't possible.

Activated my cerberus ingame with the code on my collector's edition (bought at EB games canada) cerberus card, got me to download ME2_Collectors.exe, ingame cerberus now asks me to redeem a code or purchase. I haven't tried to activate the code on the collector's armor sheet, I don't know if it would get me the same file again, I imagine so. Please advise, would like cerberus activated properly and to get my DLC.

Does anybody remember when Mass Effect 1 came out and you couldent save your game or use the planet menu? Remember when bioware said they were working on a patch..



Do you also remember when people had to use cracked exes just to play the game as intended until months and month down the road a patch was finnally released?



I do! I remember when a group of 3 13-18 year old fixed a game faster then the game company could.

Yeah, this is exactly my problem. The Cerberus code from my pc collector's edition just unlocked the collector's armor and weapon instead (which I had another seperate code for). Let us know when we get a solution. Thanks for the quick response to this.

same situation here. entered cerberus code inside the game and it still asks me to enter. after that i got a code in use error. hope this gets fixed soon.

Same here, PC CE from amazon, release day shipping and everything, redeemed the code and all I got was the same thing the from the collectors edition weapon and armor code. I'd like to play the game with all the things I was assured I would get with my purchase.

Same here.  I clicked the Downloadable Content button in the launcher, it took me to this site, I entered the code, it got accepted, and then when I went to enter the code again in-game, it said it was already in use.  I entered the same account, but apparently it just doesn't realize that I registered the code.

Same issue as everyone else. Colector's Edition from Best Buy. Enter Cerberus Code and gives download for armor. Attempt to re-enter code in game and code already in use.

I redeemed the cerberus network card here on this site, but when I try to plug it in in-game, it won't let me and says it's already in use. (well duh, its in use by me now let me login to it!)

I enter the code here and it says that it has already been redeemed.  I'd love to be added to the list to get a new card so I can have one...I have my Mass Effect 2 registered under my profile.

I would also like to add that my promo code that came with the CE has been redeemed already...I am going to try my Best Buy pre order promo code when I get home later...

The cerberus issue is with me too. What's bad is that when they ask me to login to my ea acct, then enter the code, nothing happen after that. Now my game can login to the acct but it asks me for the code to redeem the cerberus network, and of course, the code doesn't work anymore b/c they say it's been used. All my other redeem codes work fine, just this cerberus network thing.

I seem to be suffering from the same problem. I bought the collector's edition on amazon and when I activated the cerberus network code, It made the Collector armor and weapon available instead, even though I hadn't entered the proper code for that yet. When I attempted to re-enter the code it said that it's already in use. This is very frustrating, but at least it doesn't seem like I'm the only one, so hopefully it'll be fixed very soon.

Redeemed the cerberus code and only got the armour and gun, which has its own code on on a cheap piece of paper in the main cd case.

I'm having the same problem with the cerberus code. I entered the code on the social network, and yet on the main menu in game it asks me to put the code in. And when I do it says "code already in use". I think when I put the code in on the social network, it mistook it for the code that gives you the collector's armor/weapon.



I have a physical collector's edition that I ordered by mail from EA store. I live in BC Canada. Is there perhaps any way I can get a replacement code?

Great so i just got my CE via ups from EA now is it even worth it to try entering the codes or am i going to be skrewd if i do and have to wait for new ones? Are all the codes messed up? Are you going to fix the original codes? Or do we all need to get new codes period or is cereberus network just as messed up and the dao code registration was and its not the codes at all?
