I'm having the same problem...I bought the PC Collector's Edition from amazon and entering the Cerberus Network Code only provided me with the download for the Collector's Armor.

Surprise surprise, same issue as everyone else here. Registered my CE Cerberus code online to get all my armor DLCs downloaded BEFORE I started the game up (God forbid). Now it doesn't let me access the Cerberus network ingame, and if I try to use my card key again, it says the code is in use.

Looks like they printed the wrong codes on the Collector's Edition Cerberus Network cards.

I'm having the same issue with the Cerberus code. I entered my code on the social network while I was waiting for the game to install, but when I started the game, it asked me to enter it again and then informed me that the code is already in use. In use by whom? Certainly not by me. I have the retail copy of the collections edition, purchased at EBgames in St. John's, NL, Canada. Who do we contact to get a replacement code?

So i have the CE from the EA online store and i entered my code in game then it took me back to the main menu screen. the cerberus network thing just says connect, and when i try to use my code again it just says that the code has already been used.

I also redeemed the cerberus network code on the social site and it said I unlocked the CE armor again(already used the code successfully before useing the cerberus code) and now it keeps saying the network code is in use and tells me to activate cerberus network in game is there anyway to just registered my code so I can use it again?

Seems like registering the code on the Social Network before registering it in game causes the problem; the game doesn't register that your code was entered.

Before installing the game, I entered my Collector's edition code, registered the game, and then registered my Cerberus Network card after installing, but I did so through the social network in my internet browser. My registered promotions shows (For ME2) that I have the Blood Dragon Armor and the Collector's Weapons and Armor, for both PC/MAC and Xbox 360 (interesting, considering I don't own a Xbox 360). There is no mention of Cerberus Network or its accompanied DLC, which bothered me. Upon launching the game, the main menu asks me to "connect" to the Network, and then prompts for my code, which it tells me is already redeemed.

It seems some members have PM'd to get new codes? I won't do so quite yet, but in any case I hope my sample helps, and thanks for any assistance provided.

Yep added my cerberus key 1st time the game fired up and did it in game, got some of the other dls installed them, entered the rest of my bonus keys at the website got those dls, fire up the game again soon as it open it asks me to enter my cereberus key again of course it is in use i am the one that used it, now if it would count the gdamn thing it would be nice.

Like I posted in the other thread:



PC Version, retail Collector's Edition.



Gamestop in Downingtown, PA.



Registered the preorder bonus and Collector's Edition weapon codes. I downloaded them, as well as the Blood Dragon Armor, then installed Mass Effect 2.



Registered Cerberus Code on the website, it told me I have the Collector's Armor and Weapon (again), and nothing else.



Now when I try to register it in-game, it says it's in use. For bonus points, it won't let me access the preorder bonus, the Collector armor, or the Blood Dragon Armor until I sign in with my EA account and register with the Cerberus Network.

this is just ridiculous, i don't even feel like playing the game until i get this bloody code working. Anticipated for the release, disappointed from the release.
