PC- CE edition. Same problem. I registered everything without any problems but upon entering the Cerberus Network code I got registered successfully with no download etc. Now when I try to enter the code again it tells me already in use but I have no access to Cerberus.

Same here. I used the CE Code and Cerberus Network code here on Bioware's website and both codes gave me Collector's Edition Armor and Weapon. Now I cannot access the Cerberus Network in-game. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue:

Bought CE edition at Best Buy, in Toronto.
Collectors armor and weapon worked fine, but entering the code for Cerberus only led to another armor/weapon download.

Good luck on the fix! I'm looking forward to the game

Yeah, got the ME2 CE from amazon, when I entered the code it said it was for the Collectors Armor/Weapons, which I had put in beforehand. No list of the Cerebrus activation.

PC Collector's Edition from Amazon here.



Installed fine. Input the code for the Collector's Armor/Weapon onto the site (as instructed by the sheet inside the game) and downloaded that fine. Also downloaded the Blood Dragon armor from my Dragon Age code.



Started up ME2, got the input your EA login info, did so no problem. Input the Cerberus Network code and it seemed to accept it, but the game refuses to allow me to login to the Network (keeps asking for code) and at the Bioware screen it keeps saying that the code is already used.



I tell you, between this and ME2 refusing to recognize ANY of my ME1 saves, the fun has really started to wear off today...

Same issues I entered in the cerebus code and it registered me as having the CE download armor/gun as active when I didn't enter that code to my account already. Does this mean that every is getting the CE armor/gun for free? So I basically the CE got ripped off...

Great... Collector's edition -- the edition that is paid the most for, and it doesn't work as well as the cheap edition. These kind of problems don't entice customers to repeat buys on what should be premium products.

Installed the DDE from the EAstore last night, used my codes got Cerberus acces and all that on the social site but when I check today the entire `redeemed items` lay-out has changed and Cerberus Network isn`t activated anymore.
