Key went in fine the first time, but it's not granting Cerberus access.
Wonderful, so glad I rushed to pick this up just so I can sit and wait to play the game properly...

This is quickly snowballing into a possible PR nightmare for you.
A response on what you have planned would be a GOOD IDEA right about now.
It is only a matter of time before IGN, Destructoid and other news outlets pick up on this.

All codes worked fine EXCEPT the Cerberus Network code which when entered on the ME website linked to the CE weapon/armor download. Attempts to activate in game spit up a key in use error.
OP was 10 hours ago with a "fix is in the works"... hopefully this happens sooner rather than later. I didn't spend $130ish to troubleshoot a bad code.

PC Collector's Edition from Amazon here.
Installed fine. Input the code for the Collector's Armor/Weapon onto the site (as instructed by the sheet inside the game) and downloaded that fine. Also downloaded the Blood Dragon armor from my Dragon Age code.
Started up ME2, got the input your EA login info, did so no problem. Input the Cerberus Network code and it seemed to accept it, but the game refuses to allow me to login to the Network (keeps asking for code) and at the Bioware screen it keeps saying that the code is already used.
I tell you, between this and ME2 refusing to recognize ANY of my ME1 saves, the fun has really started to wear off today...

Collector's Edition. Entered code, downloaded collector's weapon and armor, and the blood dragon armor and it's asking for me to enter the code again. When I enter it, it's telling me it's already in use.

Not really.
The same exact thing happened back when Dragon Age: Origins came out, with regards to the preorder DLC and codes. Lots of people got locked out of content for a while, and it was just a blip in the whole scheme of things. Granted I have no doubt that people are working in the background trying to find a solution, but it'd be nice if we could at least get some sort of official "here's what we think is going, here's what we're working on to try and solve the problem"....
