Hey there.


I have the PC Collector's edition.

I entered my Cereberus code on the redeem code page and it didn't gave me a green coloured code accepted message but it didn't give me anything to download.

When I tried to enter the code in game it said that code was already used.

Please help.

redeemed the network card in game. Exited to download dlc armours, but wasn't an option to download the dlc character file, and now my game cannot access the internet? are ea servers also taken down perhaps??

To clarify my post, this is exactly what happened to me. I also redeemed my code through the Social Site.

I have a similar problem, entered code through social site. In game the code won't activate because it says it's already in use. Collector's Edition from amazon.com.

I followed the instructions on the card to the letter........... didn't get my armor.... but its sitting pretty nicely on my desktop right now... which doesn't really help me on my xbox...

I purchased my PC collectors' edition from the EA Store website (I live in the USA). After I entered the activation code in-game, I did not receive any error message or confirmation. The game did not log me in to the network, and now every time I try I get the error that "this code is already in use."



I was able to download the armor and weapon from the BioWare website but I can't access the Cerberus network at all. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's to hoping something can be done to fix this soon - I'd rather not start the game without it.

Figure I'd add to this that the Cerberus card was accepted by the website and brought me to a page to download the collector's edition stuff.  However, the collector's edition code that was also included in the game was not accepted.

Same problem.   PC version CE from Amazon. Redeemed cerberus code in the social network, then redeemed the collector armor code.

Don't have Cerberus access and it says the code is used if i try to use it in game. 

I have Colloctors' weapon and armor listed twice in my registered game promotions.

I am not worried about the error much. It is little annoyance.I know Bioware/EA will fix it. I had issues with my code of DA:O and they resolved my issue in 3-4 days. It is little annoying but not a showstopper.

In what ****ing world is "3-4days" NOT a showstopper?! This has been going on for HOURS longer than it should be! ****, it shouldn't have happened at all. Server issues, fine. ****ing up an entire batch of codes is amature hour.

I entered the code, it seemed to accept the code but it didn't register the fact. I also haven't received the inferno armor code from Amazon.com yet.

I thought I had that problem, but when you start the game the Terminus armor will be in downloadable section. At least thatis where mine was. Hope this helps....

Retail CE from EB Games in Canada, Cerberus Network code not working from the redemption page, and trying to signon to the EA network in game just freezes at a Please Wait screen.
