When your at the menu (in game) there is a button that says new content available. That will take you to a web page where you may download all the goodies. Be warned, NormandyCrash.exe is 62mb and Zaeed.exe is 498mb!

For the PC Collector's edition (retail box), I used my Collector's
edition armor and assult rifle code to activate Cerebus with my EA
account. That worked.  The Cerebus code from the box actually gave me
Collector's armor from Bioware's social site.

So it looks like the codes got mixed up for PC Collector's editions (retail box).

I put my Cerberus code in on this site and I am unable to log into the cerberus network in game. I tried putting the code in again and it didn't work(no surprise there) I'm going to start playing. Any help you all over there at Bioware would be deeply appreciated. I've been a big fan for a long time and have never had an issue with any of your games until now.

Like many others, my Cerberus Network activation key code activated the CE weapons/armor rather than activating access to the Cerberus Network.

In the same boat as everyone else. Purchased Retail CE from Best Buy, inputted the codes for the pre-order armor & CE armor & weapon and got both of those fine. Went in game, logged in when prompted and entered the Cerberus code there to no effect.

hey guys! I just fixed my own problem. This may work for you...

I put my Cerberus Network promo code from PC CE in on the site and got the whole "in use thing" and then went back in the game and put in my collector's edition armor key and it activated the Cerberus Network! Lol.. Looks like they flipped the keys..

I'm not sure if I am in the same boat or not. I also have retail CE, from Hamilton, Canada. In my case I went into the game and put in my email and password for Cerberus and it has been on the "please wait" screen for quite a few minutes now.



I haven't tried anything with the social network site for codes yet.

In what ****ing world is "3-4days" NOT a showstopper?! This has been going on for HOURS longer than it should be! ****, it shouldn't have happened at all. Server issues, fine. ****ing up an entire batch of codes is amature hour.
 

Sorry that you are so angry. I can still play the game, so it is not a showstopper for me. I have yet to find a software with 0 bugs.

There is considerable difference between a minor "bug" and screwing up an entire batch of games, let alone of all things, the CEs. This isn't just an annoying glitch that can get patched later. It's essentially content simply missing from the game until it gets fixed.

And screw eloquence. This is the 2nd time this has happened, and they need to know its not acceptible. I understand that on launch day "**** happens" but this is a huge blunder, and "understanding" isn't going to make me any less pissed I ran out early to pick it up on my only day off to play this week, only to find that a major screwup has basically given me the choice of playing it without all the content, or not playing at all.

So, I'm going to reiterate, in my personal ineloquent opinion, that this is bull****.

I can verify that it doesn't work, at least for neither of the 2 copies I purchased.

Bioware this is getting old, had I known the headache that accompanied extra $ I would have said screw it and gone with the regular version of the game.

You have thousands of frustrated CE customers and patience is wearing thin around here. An update on the situation would go a long way.

im thinking the servers might be experiencing some load issues. I registered then entered the terminus keys then the network key, it took ME2 on the xbox360 about 20 minuts to update and downlode, also the servers running the xbox360 "live" services are tied into the zune servers, zune is undergoing maintinace, this could be effecting registration and downlode of componants. I know i had to reup on my 12month sub, my xbox360 still shows silver but the website shows gold.

I find it hard to swallow that an update to the seemingly thousands of users experiencing this issue and the who knows how many that will experience this issue in the coming hours hasn't been presented in the last 10 or so hours.



I realize these things take time to "find and fix" but leaving your consumers in the dark is NOT a good idea. Where do we stand? Will this be something we are still trying to figure out a week from now? Is this something that can be fixed at all or will I have to shell out further $$ to buy another network code?
