I  seem to be having a problem connecting to the Mass Effect 2 Cerberus login in order to verify the existing DLC such as Dragon Age: Origins pre-order armor amongst others. Is anyone else having this problem?

I too have the same prob with cerberus card Pc version Retail, MassEffect 2 collectors bought off amazon.

I been enjoying the game so far, hope this gets resolved soon.

This worked for me. Probably only affects PC Collector's edition retail boxes

Use your Collector armor and assult rifle code with your EA account in game to activate Cerebus (well, at least that worked for me).

Okay been waiting on this for nearly 10 hours now. My PC Retail Asian CE ME2 Cerebus codes aren't fixed yet. I feel pretty crappy about putting down 30% more cash for the CE edition from the retail store.

As said earlier, it does not affect everyone. Several people have tried with PC CE retail boxes (I've tried two myself) and it doesn't work. Seems only a few people have had sucess with it.

Not always. I actually had the CE armor unlocked before I even entered any codes for some reason. I entered all the codes, and even if the code would have worked, I just get "code is in use" now. All in all, I entered 3 codes, the armor one didn't seem to do anything as it was already there, and the cerberus never did anything either. the gamestop promo was the only one that worked as expected.

did not work for me. says key already in use. I did use my armor key first on the site.

I purchased the digital deluxe edition from steam. I entered all my codes and they worked, but now I can't access the DLC. I tried entering the code again, but it said it was already in use. Same problem for the promo stuff.

By all rights, they should have this problem fixed by the time it is released in the UK (one would hope).

Didn't they mention at the beginning of the thread that the problem was limited to retail copies of the Collectors Edition?
