another note. Some users of the digital download version from the EA store are not getting codes emailed to them. We are looking at this as well and will post more information when we have it available.

This is me.
I'll keep an eye out for the solution.
(The code to register the game itself is available on the EA store support page but no code next to "Cerberus Network Activation (Pre-Ordered)" or "Collector Gear, Sniper Rifle and Inferno Armor (Pre-Ordered)" and no email with them yet even though we got the pre-load announcement.

I knew that if there was only one company out there that actually cared about their customers, it would be Bioware!

Pre-ordered the game from Comics Connection, Singapore. Entered the Cerberus 16 digit code in Bioware's SocialNetwork, got the message for Terminus Armour instead and now the site tells me the code is used.
Quick question: Would me playing the game now affect the status of Cerberus downloadable content?

I entered my Cerebus code on the social site thinking that it should be activated. Turns out you need to enter it ingame??? Then it shouldn't accept the code on the social site in the first place. I can't activate cerebus now.

I'm having the same problems as what everyone's experiencing. Should I wait for them to resolve it on their own or send an email to them? Anyone know what's their support email address?
Same. Ironically, I already suspected this would happen as I entered my Cerberus code into the Bioware social site. Should have started up the game first...<_<

As long as you don't complete the game before they resolve this issue... It shouldn't affect your game. =p Cerberus content just involves additional, optional locations/quests and a character.
Everyone else:
Maybe you guys could PM or email them (google the EA support email for location lol) if you don't feel bad for them (poor fellas must be spammed real bad now D=). I mean, that's what I did at first cause I thought I was the only one with the problem. Or, you could take pity on them and wait for them to come up with a solution. =p

I am in the "ship" now... and don't want to start my missions until I get DLC done.

*sigh*
How long will they take if I e-mailed EA?
Does this also mean They screwed us on the DLC? I guess we got to buy it now?
