Hmmm, with everyone in the same boat, I'm surprised it hasn't sunk yet. I, too, am in said boat. However, I got my 4 DLC packs (Terminus, Collector, Normandy mission and Zaeed mission), are there any DLCs I'm missing? I got all of them through this website, but I still don't have access to Cerberus in game, I can't even logon to EA in-game...

Don't know if I should post or if there will be some sort of "proper channels" to go through eventually, but I am having problems as well. I registered the code on the website but it provided me with a link to the collectors edition downloads.

Hey everyone,



I took the one person's(forgot who) advice and inputted my Collectors Armor and Weapon code in order to activate the Cerberus Network, and it worked for me! If any of you guys haven't tried this yet (and haven't redeemed your code for the weapon and armor), then I highly recommend you do!



I hope the problem gets solved for the rest of you within the day!

sbear where di you get the Zaeed and Normandy mission on this site? As far as I know you can get everything other than those two. Since getting those two requires you to setup the cerberus thing.

I have the same problem as everyone else. I activated the card through the PC menu version. The Cerberus Network didn't do anything and is asking for the code which it says is in use. I have the basic DLC, which I downloaded off the site, but not the crash site or extra char and my Cerberus still isn't working in game.

Same as everyone else:
- Redeemed Cerberus code on social site which took me to Dragon/Collector Armor download page
- Tried accessing Cerberus Network from in-game and it asked for code
- Re-entered code from Cerberus card and get error key in use.

Well I'm guessing I need a code for the cerberus network now...My CE armor code wasn't working on this site so I entered my cerberus code and I now have the armor... I guess one code was backwards and the other is bad?

I just picked it up today and after installing I came up on here to redeem all the codes I got. But when I try to redeem the Collector armor and assault rifle, it tells me that the code is already in use. Is this a problem with the network or did someone get lucky at guessing? Either way how can I obtain a working code?

EDIT: I just tried my cerberus card and it gave me the weapon and armor. Does this mean I'm screwed out of the cerberus network?

If you have the number 1688108 on the bottom right of your Cerberus Network card and have not associated it to your EA Online account at 4:00 PM PST your codes will be fully functional. If you already have associated it to your EA Online account at 6:00 PM PST you can restart the game and your Cerberus Account will be available automatically!"



*sigh* great, so I only have to wait four more hours(9PM est). Joy /=. Oh well, at least its fixed.

Yep my card got the same number, real nice job EA once again, love to order a special edition or a pre order game off the clowns once and get the stuff on time and without hassle, or at all since i never got my crysis pre order stuff. Anymore unless it is a bioware game i never buy EA garbage because of this stuff.

At least they let people know what is going on. I just checked my Cerberus card and the # in the corner is 1688108 but unfortunately I registered the card on this site so I have to wait until 9PM. Oh well, I'm glad they are sorting it out so quickly.

yep, add another one to the list. my Cerberus Network Code granted me the collector's armor that i already had.

Is trying the collectors equipment code a confirmed fix?  It worked for me, but am not sure if that was a fluke, or a fix Bioware put into place.

I can confirm that entering the collectors equipment code ingame, at the cerberus network prompt, has activated my cerberus network and given me access to the Zaeed - The price of revenge and normandy crash site downloads. Don't know if that was a fix Bioware put in place, or if the codes were just mixed up. Downloading as I type this!
