Ok folks I just redeemed my Cerberus Bonus Code......I have the CE version......I am still at work so i have not neen able to install the game and all the bonus content....... 

After I redeemed my Cerberus Code in the Social Network I got a link to download "Collectors Weapon and Armor"

When I went to the page where it shows all my registered game promotions I saw the following available for me to download:

Collectors' Weapon and Armor

Terminus Weapon and Armor

Blood Dragon Weapon and Armor

Zaeed - The Price of Revenge

Normandy Crash Site

Here is my question : Are the last two downloads what you need for the Cerberus Network or is there another download needed for the Ceberus Network?

It also asks me for my guardians email when I am 50. LOL. Then it says it has timed out or an error has occurred.

Otherwise, my PC Mass Effect 2 is playing perfect.

Does this mean I will be able to get the DLC free after today when the problem is fixed?

I think I'm having the issue.  I entered my PC CE code, and it was accepted (I entered it wrong the first time and got an error).  Now, when I try ot log in, it just gives me the Redeem or Buy option screen.  If I try to enter the code again, it tells me its in use.  I'm assuming this is the issue being discussed?

Registered Game Code via Social.Bioware and EA.com, when I go into game, enter my EA Online information it immediately goes to "Please Wait", after 25 minutes it sends me to the main menu saying my terminus armor was not associated with my account, however I have yet to register my cerberus network and I do not know what the problem is but any help would be greatly appreciated.



Bought from Gamestop shipped to my house.

PC Digital Collectors Edition Bought From the EA Store Here



All codes i got from the EA store registered ok at the time, i have the following DLC: Cerberus Network, Collectors Armor and Weapon, Inferno Armor, Blood Dragon Armor, Zaeed - The Price of Revenge DLC, Cerberus Weapon and Armor, slight issue here as well is the Cerberus Weapon and Armor download is showing up as the Normandy Crash Site when i click on the download link.



I can Access all the dlc i am entitled to through the 'your registered game promotions' but when i try to access the Cerberus Network it is still telling my i need to buy Access it, besides i must have access to it as 2 of the DLC i have can only be downloaded when you have access to it.



Come on BioWare tell us when info you need from us so that you can fix and restore the items that we are entitled to.

Latest victim of this issue, my code says it is already in use and I just pulled it out.

Cool! I just loaded the game, and Cerb came up working, and the downloads appeared in my profile. I didn't have to do anything! Great fix! Thank you!!!

I'm having the same problem - neither my Cerberus code nor my CE armor code work - they both say that they have already been used. Is EA actively doing something to fix this for poeple or do we just have to wait for it to resolve itself. If we do have to wait - how long?

Having the "Code is in use already" issue, had three codes to enter. The gamestop one worked, the PC collectors and Cerberus codes did not. Getting kinda annoying, well past the time when this issue was supposedly going to be resolved.

Downloaded the following:

ME2_Collectors.exe

ME2_NormandyCrash.exe

ME2_Zaeed.exe



Installed on PC (note: purchased the collectors edition for PC), however not sure if they work. Message pops up upon loading the game, saying unable to load the following content, then directed to purchase down loadable content.



Please msg me a solution when sorted.

Purchased the PC Collector's Edition from Best Buy, says my code has already been redeemed for Cerberus.  Need this issue fixed (or a valid code) ASAP.

I have the CE edition from amazon preorder. I was able to get the other DLC, but not the Cerberus gun/armor as it says my code was already used. My code page says I have the armor and gun, but it's really just the normandy crash? I'm not sure if this is the same thing, but I was waiting to see if this was sorted out before starting the game

same here, I have the Asian Edition of Mass Effect 2 Collector's edition.

enter the code, got a dlc armor instead, and got prompted to activate in-game... so frustrated

Thanks Bioware, i woke up, gave this thread a quick read and i launched my game.Noted that game connected to Cerberus Network automatically and got my DLCs. thanks again, cheers!

"Unable to redeem code.

That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again."



EA needs to get its act together. I mean you would think that a game as anticipated as Mass Effect 2 would be cause to make sure you had your problems sorted out before you launch.

hell i cant even get into the cerberus network on the standard pre order version!... still giving me a timeout error.
