Cerberus works for me now.



If the DLC shows up as registered for X-Box on this website then you just have to tell EA to switch the DLC to PC. My version of the game apparently came with a X-Box Cerberus key, so that's why redeeming the key didn't do anything.

Hello, I know I'm late for the party, but I downloaded the game through EA Download Manager (ME:2 Digital Deluxe) and have no way to enter the Cerberus Network.



Can anyone assist? Thanks in advance. =/

I'm in the same boat. Downloaded my version thru EA/Steam. Have the Cerberus code but apparently it's already in use...but I don't see Zaeed or any of the extras. Did we get a resolution on this in the end?

Problem solved, for me at least: you need to have both an EA and a bioware account and the email addresses must match.  You might have to be signed into them both and possivbly have the game open too.  Mine's all good now.

I bought the game on Origin on 19 March(2012) and I registered the key on this site, and now it says that my key is already in use.
