Sign indeed. I'm tempted to just buy another code and sort this out later so I can enjoy the full experience now.
Didnt we Like SPEND extra to get this CE version.. How could this have happened....
They should extend the date or something

I got the XBOX 360 game
Retail
Standard
In the United States
Store: Gamestop in Harrisonburg, VA
I went on a computer online to register the the Cerberus Network and Terminus set and ended up making a social account and putting the codes through there instead of XBOX Live which the cards that I got from the gamebox and Gamestop led me to believe I should do.
Could you possible send me new codes or reset the ones I have? When I try to go into Cerberus On XBOX360 I get a message saying that the account is already in use.

This is exactly what I did and I am in the same situation.
I should also add that I bought the CE version of the game (PC) from Comics Connection in Singapore.

Input Terminus Armor, Collector's Armor and Weapon, and Cerberus Network codes in on the social site and have recieved none of them for download on XBL. As an aside I did get my Blood Dragon Armor with no problems.

I redeemed all my codes on the social site, except the Cerberus Network I redeemed in game. After I redeemed it in game nothing happened so I clicked connect to Cerberus Network and it asked to redeem the code again.
On a side note, I have 2 collector's armours now :S Apparently you get one from the Cerberus code as well as collector's edition code?...

Installed my game, heard about the horror stories about people not redeeming in-game, so I avoided the site and redeemed it in-game.
Typed the code in, saw the link to New Content Available, which took me to the site where the only thing available was Collector armor, which I downloaded and installed.
I didn't use the Collector armor code included in my copy, just the Cerberus code.
If it helps, I have the PC Collector's Edition, bought in Singapore.

Played abit like 30mins. Quite awesome experience, but I got really used to Mass Effects' controls+UI so i kept pressing Q to holster my weapon which i felt foolish and whacking E to interact LMAO what a dumb ass i felt like. grrr on space bar now...

Cerebus Coded actually activated Collectors Edition Weapons / Armor while the CE code didn't work period. So, I'm out the Cerebeus Network for the time being.

Both Terminus Gear/Gun and Cerberus Network do not work.
My problem is I cannot link my xbox gamertag to my EA master account it says - Xbox live name taken when I try. I have never associated it with another account either.
