Just chiming in that I have the same problem. I inputted all the promotion codes in the social website and I registered the game before hand. The Cerberus code which is on the classy Cerberus card was inputted and I got myself the CE armour as well. I went into the game and tried inputting the Cerberus code when asked and it says that the key is in use. So I am in the same boat.

My version of ME2 is CE, retail pack for the PC. Bought from a retailer called The Software Boutique in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (Their website is www.tsb.com,my).

this is ridiculous, why does this kind of B.S happen on such a self proclaimed video game.
does anybody know how to fix the issue with the cerberus network for the xbox360?
it seems this entier company has yet to find the meaning in customer service.
I have been reconsidering my decision to buy any further products from either BIOWARE and ELECTRONIC ARTS.    A mistake this large with the misfourtune of waiting should be compensated !!! the reason why I even mentioned the part about waiting simply is because why the hell would i reserve it and pick it up at midnight on the exsact momment of release just to sit down to find out that i cannot use the product that i paid for

ps. thanks Bioware and EA for proving to me how incompatant you realy are. Its companys like yourselfs that give the gaming industry a bad name.  "how are gammers supposed to look when the companys that they trust and rely on are so arrogant that they forget to actually put the product that their selling in a the damn box ... so do say."
This infringement is so outrageous that it appears to seem that you don't relize that this is illegal do you not cohere to the legislative laws of the United States.

Entered the code in-game, then quit to adjust display settings.



Entered the game, and they asked for code again, but it's already in use.

PC CE, Canada. I redeemed my Cerberus code online (through this site, to be exact) and it accepted it just fine. When I try to log in from the in game menu it's asking me to redeem the code again. When I enter it, it says code is in use. =/

You need to chill out.  If you would of read the thread, you would of realized that plenty of people are having the same issue as you, and they're working on it.  If you know how to handle this situation and get everyone their replacement codes immediately, then by all means.

Until then, this hardly keeps you from enjoying the game.  The Cerebus Network unlocks -extra- content, as in content that is not necessarily part of the core game.  You can play the game without issue without the Cerebus Network.  So your sob story about picking the game up at midnight and 'not being able to play' is bogus.

Relax, and wait like the rest of us.

It seems that the main issue is with anyone who redeemed through the site and not having it work right with their game.

I am having the same issue as well. Went to input my collector armor code on the bioware website said it was already in use. Then went to input my Cerberus Network card into the site and it gave me the collector armor. Inferno armor seemed to work just fine though.

Having the same problem. I used the cerberus network card that came with my collector's edition for the pc and it told me I signed up for the collector's armor and weapons a second time.

Same issue here, bought my CE this morning at a local EB in Ontario.



Input the code, it accepted it, but then when trying to access the network it says I have to enter the key and re-entering says that it's already in use.

Same here, redeemed it via the site and upon entering the game it request I enter it again and it's been 'used'.

Same issue here. Just redeemed all my codes and installed everything. I went ingame to redeem my cerberus code, which worked. I then exited the game and came back, and it's asking for it again, and it says it's in use.

That's not the issue here. I did enter my code in game, and I am still having the same problem as everyone else.

Oh... did you boot up the game before doing all this? also did you try restarting your console? and do you have pc or collectors version? just wondering? because it seems like those are the ones who are having the most trouble..

Man this all thing could be one big cluster**** of a glitch thats going to take bioware/ea a while to fix.... I think....

US CE Retail, got it at GameStop at midnight. Cerberus Network code unlocked my CE armor and weapon, but not the Cerberus Network.

Simple solution: Allow FREE registration for the Cerberus network for the 1st week or two.

This will honestly be the most customer centric one you can do AND as a caveat to it in order to register for free you MUST have a copy of ME 2 registered on the website using it's unique code found on the back of the manual.
