I have the PC collectors edition and I think I am in need of a replacement code. I redeemed my code online and in game it still asks me to redeem my code. When I enter my code it says it is already in use.

OK, it looks like my problem is the same as everyone else's.

I entered the code for the PC collector edition downloads outside the game, in the social network. Now when I enter the code in the game it says code in use so I can't activate the Cerebrus Network

I have the collectors editon as well. I redeemed the code and it brought me to the download page. I downloaded it and it gave the collectos armor.  When do we get replacement codes?

Well I entered my Cerberus code into the site and it appeared to work - however on the next page it asked me if I wanted to download the Collector's Armor/Weapon, just like what happened after I registered the CE codes earlier.  Upon checking the My Registered Promotions Section it lists everything except Cerberus leading me to believe that my Cerberus code may have been linked to the CE stuff and not to Cerberus.

Anyone else have this problem?

yea I used teh CE code and then when I did teh Cerberus it went RIGHT BACK TO THE CE gear

I'm having this same issue as well, unfortunately. I followed Chris Priestleys' instructions for redeeming my cerberus code from this thread:

When I did so, it gave me a file to download with the collectors armour and weapon.

I picked up my preorder PC edition CE from EB Games/Gamestop today, in Whitby, Ontario.

Yeah, no luck here either. Pretty annoying that I throw down 80 bones for the CE, and it doesn't work.



When can we expect to be able to use our codes? Or do we just need new ones?

Cannot access cerberus network in-game, i used my key on the website and when i try in-game is says that my key is already in use.



The game is still pretty amazing, can't wait to have access to cerberus network

Same boat as well. Entered my Cerberus card code. Booted the game. Asked me to re-enter the code. It now says the card has been used.

thats b.s it might work for pc ussers but the connection between the 360 and internet world simply don't exsist due to ****y programing and lack of communication between microsoft and other private companys such as bioware etc.

Same problem as everyone else, PC CE from Gamestop in Wichita, KS. Entered the Cerberus Network card on the social site, and it gave me a download for the Collector Armor and Weapon.

Same problem as the others, bought PC CE from Best Buy in Fairfax, VA. Went through the social site to redeem the Cerberus Network card, linked instead to another download for CE armor/weapons. Tried to activate it in-game, no luck.

I'm in the same boat here. Got the PC Collector's edition straight from the EA Store, tried to register my Cerberus network code, says it's already been used. How exactly do I go about correcting this as I too would like to start playing the game?

In my excitement and impatience I just purchased another code using 1200 bioware points, any hope of getting a refund of those points so can I enjoy future DLC

Normandy Crash and Zaeed will show up as free content when Cerberus is activated. We still have the release day ahead of us, we should have this sorted out soon.

Thats not the problem the problem is that people using the 360 are entering the code at the web site like the instructions say and then it doesn't register to the 360 itself no matter how many times up reset the console.

The problem is that people that have PS3s and 360 don't always use the same email account and thats something Bioware should have know because there were similar problems with Dragon Age.  I don't get why Bioware has to make this so difficult when they could have chosen a easier way and one that won't upset customers.
