Same Problem:

EA Store Collectors Edition for PC

Registered Code - accepted it, but did not activate Cerberus, after re-registering says its in use.

Waiting for solution.

MY cerberus code does not work either...I bought it from a best buy in brookfield wisconsin...all other codes work however...when will we get new ones or when will this be fixed?

CE PC edition and no Cerberus Network. Was kinda looking forward to using the new content on my first run but hey still going to play without it.

No it doesn't.  It just says they are working on it.  The more people post here the better it will be and more reason for bioware to get this fixed.

CE PC and the cerebrus network code has, so far, only allowed me to download the Collector's Armor and Weapon.

Same problem, Armor/Weapon codes work. Cerberus does not. Got the CE from a Future shop in Winnipeg Manitoba.

Same issue here....Input code at web site,  got CE Armor and Weapon and NOT Cerberus.

Armour codes worked, Cerberus does not. Pretty much like everyone here.

No it doesn't.  It just says they are working on it.  The more people
post here the better it will be and more reason for bioware to get this
fixed.

Never said they came up with a solution, im just like you waiting for it too. What i was saying is that they said they were working on it, and they reaplaced the code for some of the users which had WORKED for those users, so im assuming that they will come up with some kind of mass redistribution of the codes for people who have PC CE edition.

I understand the point of the whole Cerberus thing is to take a bite out of the used console games market, making it advantageous to buy the game new or have to buy a code. But come on...PC edition has CD keys that cannot be transferred. Why not just flip the switch for anyone who has a PC key registered? Not rocket science.

I loaded the game first.  Then i went online to the Bioware site, logged into my EA account and started turning in all my extra goodie codes.  I only recieved an error when trying to redeem the Cerberus Code.  It gave me an error message twice.

I decided to open up the game and saw the code redemption for the Cerberus stuff, tried the code.. key already in use.

other codes downloaded fine, just the Cerberus code is not working properly.

Who ever has the responsability of handling the cerberus network card and code must be fired ASAP. First time I ever had problem with DLC !
